Nicholas Mindicino

Nicholas Mindicino is a Senior Assciate in Napoli Shkolnik’s Environmental Litigation Department, working in the firm’s Manhattan Office. Prior to joining Napoli Shkolnik Nicholas engaged in complex litigation in several fields including significant work in civil rights litigation, police misconduct and prisoner’s rights cases. In that practice Nicholas gained extensive experience litigating complex cases involving Constitutional and Statutory law. Nicholas has conducted trials and argued motions and appeals before state and federal courts, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Nicholas is a firm believer in the power of litigation to effect positive change in the world. To that end, he’s joined the firm’s çevresel dava team. There he uses his litigation skills to hold accountable those who have harmed others through careless use of toxic materials without proper protections.

Yerli bir New Yorklu olan Nicholas, Boston Üniversitesi ve Connecticut Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi'nden mezun oldu. Bir öğrenci olarak Nicholas, yasal yazı, farazi mahkeme, sahte yargılama ve münazara yarışmalarındaki performansından dolayı ödüller aldı. Nicholas boş zamanlarında süper kahraman filmlerinden, bilim kurgu ve fantastik romanlardan ve Weird Al Yankovic'in müziğinden hoşlanır.
