For injuries sustained by Rescue and Recovery workers at ground zero from toxic dust recovered from The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. This toxic dust was inhaled during the September 11th rescue and recovery operations that took place after the World Trade Center terror attacks on 9/11/2001.
