Our client suffered severe and permanent injuries as a result of a 2013 car accident caused by a negligent driver. As a result of the impact, our client sustained serious and permanent injuries to his lumbar spine, his bladder, his left foot & shoulder and required multiple, extensive surgeries. Due to the nature of his injuries, he will be on prescription medications for life as well as require orthopedic and adaptive equipment for life. He has also suffers from depression and requires ongoing psychological treatment. He is unable to work, needs a walker or cane to move around and requires assistance with basic functions such as bathing and dressing. At the time of the accident, our client was recovering from a prior back surgery which was then exacerbated by this collision.
