$2.5 Million Personal Injury Settlement

Our client was working in the first floor of building.  He was working on top of a 10 Foot scaffold welding beams. He bent down to pick up a tool when the scaffold tilted causing him to fall off scaffold down to the ground and then the scaffold landed on top of him. These injuries made him unable to complete his job.
