The suits target the companies&#8217; &#8220;wrongful conduct&#8221; in designing, manufacturing, distributing, labeling, advertising, marketing, promoting and selling the chemotherapy drug.<\/p>\n<p>The plaintiffs are represented by <a href=\"\/zh\/napoli-attorney\/%e7%8c%8e%e4%ba%ba%e4%bb%80%e7%a7%91%e5%b0%94%e5%b0%bc%e5%85%8b\/\">\u4ea8\u7279\u4ec0\u79d1\u5c14\u5c3c\u514b<\/a>, <a href=\"\/zh\/napoli-attorney\/nicholas-r-farnolo-li\/\">\u5c3c\u53e4\u62c9\u65af\u00b7\u6cd5\u8bfa\u6d1b<\/a>, <a href=\"\/zh\/napoli-attorney\/%e8%8e%8e%e5%a8%9c%e9%ba%bb%e8%a2%8b\/\">\u838e\u5a1c\u00b7E\u00b7\u8428\u514b\u65af<\/a>, <a href=\"\/zh\/napoli-attorney\/w-%e5%8f%b2%e8%92%82%e6%96%87%e4%bc%af%e6%9b%bc\/\">W.\u53f2\u8482\u6587\u00b7\u4f2f\u66fc<\/a> \u9664\u5176\u4ed6\u5916\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The cases will be heard by Judge James F.
