NDMA\u2014\u2014<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/news-events\/press-announcements\/fda-requests-removal-all-ranitidine-products-zantac-market\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5df2\u77e5\u7684\u81f4\u764c\u7269\u8d28<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\u8be5\u5316\u5408\u7269\u4e0e\u4eba\u7c7b\u548c\u52a8\u7269\u7684\u764c\u75c7\u6709\u5173\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8d5e\u5854\u514b\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zantac \u6216\u76d0\u9178\u96f7\u5c3c\u66ff\u4e01\u5c5e\u4e8e\u7ec4\u80fa H2 \u53d7\u4f53\u62ee\u6297\u5242\uff0c\u4e5f\u79f0\u4e3a H2 \u963b\u6ede\u5242\u7684\u836f\u7269\u7c7b\u522b\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u836f\u7269\u53ef\u4ee5\u51cf\u5c11\u80c3\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u9178\u91cf\u3002 Zantac \u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u975e\u5e38\u53d7\u6b22\u8fce\u7684\u80c3\u707c\u70ed\u836f\u7269\uff0c\u81ea 20 \u4e16\u7eaa 80 \u5e74\u4ee3\u4ee5\u6765\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u9500\u552e\u3002 Zantac \u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u5904\u65b9\u6216\u975e\u5904\u65b9\u836f\u8d2d\u4e70\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zantac \u6700\u5e38\u7528\u4e8e\u6cbb\u7597\u80c3\u9178\u53cd\u6d41\u3001\u80c3\u707c\u70ed\u548c\u8bb8\u591a\u5176\u4ed6\u80c3\u90e8\u548c\u80c3\u80a0\u9053\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u65e9\u5728 20 \u4e16\u7eaa 80 \u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u5927\u91cf\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC7793066\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e00\u6761\u94fe\u63a5<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Zantac \u4e2d\u7684 NDMA \u4e0e\u764c\u75c7\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u8fd8\u6709\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u8868\u660e\uff0cZantac \u7684\u5927\u578b\u5236\u836f\u5236\u9020\u5546\u8d5b\u8bfa\u83f2 (Sanofi) \u548c\u52c3\u6797\u683c\u6bb7\u683c\u7ff0 (Boehringer Ingelheim) \u5411\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u9690\u7792\u4e86 Zantac \u4e0e\u764c\u75c7\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\u3002\u6b3a\u8bc8\u6307\u63a7\u53d1\u751f\u4e4b\u9645\uff0c\u5236\u836f\u516c\u53f8\u4ece Zantac \u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u524d\u6240\u672a\u6709\u7684\u5229\u6da6\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u79cd\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u836f\u7269 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-health-fda-heartburn-timeline\/timeline-popular-heartburn-medicine-zantac-pulled-off-store-shelves-idUSKBN1X014E\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">$1\u4ebf\u9500\u552e\u989d<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8d5e\u5854\u514b\u8bc9\u8bbc<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u73b0\u5728 <\/span><a href=\"\/zh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u9488\u5bf9 Zantac \u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff0c\u539f\u544a\u58f0\u79f0\u5236\u9020\u5546\u5c06\u5371\u9669\u4ea7\u54c1\u6295\u653e\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u672a\u80fd\u8b66\u544a\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u548c\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2020 \u5e74\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u836f\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (FDA) \u5728\u53d1\u73b0\u96f7\u5c3c\u66ff\u4e01\u4e2d NDMA \u542b\u91cf\u201c\u4e0d\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u201d\u540e\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u6240\u6709\u516c\u53f8\u64a4\u56de\u6240\u6709\u96f7\u5c3c\u66ff\u4e01\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u6709\u5341\u51e0\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u53ec\u56de\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zantac \u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u83b7\u5f97\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8d54\u507f\uff0c\u6db5\u76d6\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zantac \u96c6\u4f53\u8bc9\u8bbc<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zantac \u7684\u5236\u9020\u5546\u6b63\u9762\u4e34\u96c6\u4f53\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u6307\u63a7\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u542b\u6709\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u81f4\u764c\u7269\u8d28 NDMA\u3002 2019 \u5e74\uff0cFDA \u62a5\u544a\u79f0\uff0c\u96f7\u5c3c\u66ff\u4e01\u4e2d\u7684 NDMA \u6c34\u5e73\u6bd4 FDA \u6279\u51c6\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u9ad8\u51fa 3,000 \u81f3 26,000
