30%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\u8bf7\u8bbf\u95eeowner2owners.nyc\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5de5\u4eba\u6743\u5229<\/h2>\n<p>\u8bb8\u591a\u5458\u5de5\u68a6\u60f3\u6709\u4e00\u5929\u80fd\u591f\u6210\u4e3a\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8001\u677f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u4e1a\u4e3b\u68a6\u60f3\u7740\u6709\u4e00\u5929\u53ef\u4ee5\u5151\u73b0\uff0c\u6446\u8131\u6fc0\u70c8\u7684\u7ade\u4e89\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5c42\u9762\u4e0a\uff0c\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5e02\u5458\u5de5\u6301\u80a1\u8ba1\u5212\u4f7f\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u53d7\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u8bf7\u4e70\u5bb6\u5c0f\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u662f\u8001\u677f\uff0c\u60a8\u4ecd\u7136\u5fc5\u987b\u9075\u5b88\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u89c4\u5219\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u60a8\u7684\u5229\u6da6\u7387\u6216\u4ee5\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u5f0f\u9650\u5236\u60a8\u7684\u7ecf\u8425\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5b83\u4e8e
