style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8fc4\u4eca\u4e3a\u6b62\uff0c\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u548c\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5dde\u4e0e COVID-19 \u76f8\u5173\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u7d22\u8d54\u6570\u91cf\u6700\u591a\uff0c\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9a\u5dde\u6709 47 \u8d77\uff0c\u4f5b\u7f57\u91cc\u8fbe\u5dde\u6709 32 \u8d77\u3002\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u548c\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5dde\u4e5f\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u6b64\u7c7b\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u4e3a 31 \u8d77\u548c 21 \u8d77\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u622a\u81f3 6 \u6708\uff0c\u5df2\u5411\u8054\u90a6\u548c\u5dde\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u8d77 2,000 \u591a\u8d77\u4e0e COVID-19 \u76f8\u5173\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d 230 \u591a\u8d77\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u5c31\u4e1a\u548c\u52b3\u52a8\u8fdd\u89c4\u76f8\u5173\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u5458\u5de5\u5728 COVID-19 \u5371\u673a\u671f\u95f4\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u51e0\u79cd\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u5f62\u5f0f\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u611f\u67d3\u548c\u8fc7\u5931\u81f4\u6b7b\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u672a\u80fd\u91c7\u53d6\u9002\u5f53\u5b89\u5168\u63aa\u65bd\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u9002\u5f53\u6e05\u6d01\u548c\u6d88\u6bd2\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u533a\u57df\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u6d17\u624b\u6db2\u5206\u914d\u5668\u548c\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u4e2a\u4eba\u9632\u62a4\u8bbe\u5907 (PPE) \u4ee5\u53ca\u6267\u884c\u793e\u4ea4\u8ddd\u79bb\u534f\u8bae\uff09\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e86\u804c\u4e1a\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u5371\u5bb3\u6cd5 (OSHA)\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5f53\u5458\u5de5\u80fd\u591f\u8bc1\u660e\u96c7\u4e3b\u672a\u80fd\u9075\u5faa OSHA \u6307\u5357\u63d0\u4f9b\u5b89\u5168\u5de5\u4f5c\u73af\u5883\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u5e76\u76f4\u63a5\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e0e COVID-19 \u76f8\u5173\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u548c\/\u6216\u6b7b\u4ea1\u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002\u6700\u8fd1 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vindy.com\/news\/local-news\/2020\/06\/youngstown-ceo-reacts-to-wrongful-death-suit-over-covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u4e0e COVID-19 \u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4e0d\u5f53\u6b7b\u4ea1<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u8bc9\u8bbc\u6d89\u53ca\u96f7\u8499\u5fb7\u00b7\u5170\u4f50 (Raymond Lanzo) \u7684\u6b7b\u4ea1\uff0c\u4ed6\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u7cbe\u795e\u536b\u751f\u673a\u6784\u7684\u96c7\u5458\uff0c\u5728\u96c7\u4e3b\u672a\u80fd\u9075\u5b88\u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u5dde\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u6291\u5236\u6307\u4ee4\u540e\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u56e0\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6761\u4ef6\u611f\u67d3\u4e86 COVID-19\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u6743\u83b7\u5f97 <\/span><a href=\"\/zh\/article\/%e5%b7%a5%e4%ba%ba%e8%b5%94%e5%81%bf%e6%98%af%e5%90%a6%e6%b6%b5%e7%9b%96%e5%86%a0%e7%8a%b6%e7%97%85%e6%af%92\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u52b3\u52a8\u8005\u62a5\u916c<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u8054\u7cfb\u7ebd\u7ea6 <\/span><a href=\"\/zh\/%e7%bb%83%e4%b9%a0%e5%8c%ba\/%e5%8a%b3%e5%8a%a8%e8%80%85%e6%8a%a5%e9%85%ac\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5de5\u4f24\u8d54\u507f\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u8bc4\u4f30\u4f60\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8fc7\u5ea6\u52b3\u7d2f\u5bfc\u81f4\u5fc3\u7406\u6216\u8eab\u4f53\u4f24\u5bb3\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u96c7\u4e3b\u6709\u8d23\u4efb\u8fdb\u884c\u5145\u5206\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u8bc4\u4f30\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u5b9a\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u66b4\u9732\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u53ef\u80fd\u76f4\u63a5\u5371\u5bb3\u5458\u5de5\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5371\u9669\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7531\u4e8e\u611f\u67d3\u548c\u9694\u79bb\uff0cCOVID-19 \u663e\u7740\u51cf\u5c11\u4e86\u67d0\u4e9b\u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u4e2d\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u6570\u91cf\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u5176\u4f59\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u91cf\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5de5\u4eba\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u4e0d\u582a\u91cd\u8d1f\u548c\u8fc7\u5ea6\u52b3\u7d2f\u3002\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u538b\u529b\u3001\u7cbe\u795e\u75b2\u60eb\u548c\u8eab\u4f53\u75b2\u60eb\u7b49\u540e\u679c\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7531\u4e8e\u52b3\u52a8\u529b\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u53d7\u5230\u635f\u5bb3\uff0c\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\u9762\u4e34\u5fc3\u7406\u548c\u8eab\u4f53\u4f24\u5bb3\u7d22\u8d54\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5de5\u8d44\u548c\u5de5\u65f6\u7d22\u8d54<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COVID-19 \u5371\u673a\u8feb\u4f7f\u8bb8\u591a\u96c7\u4e3b\u51cf\u5c11\u5de5\u8d44\u5355\u3001\u65f6\u95f4\u8868\u548c\u85aa\u6c34\uff0c\u4ee5\u5728\u4e1a\u52a1\u76f4\u7ebf\u4e0b\u964d\u65f6\u8282\u7701\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u5458\u5de5\u88ab\u4f11\u5047\u751a\u81f3\u88c1\u5458\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6839\u636e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u96c7\u4e3b\u6709\u4e49\u52a1\u53ca\u65f6\u652f\u4ed8\u4efb\u4f55\u5e94\u8ba1\u7684\u5e26\u85aa\u4f11\u5047\u548c\u6700\u7ec8\u8d5a\u53d6\u7684\u5de5\u8d44\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7531\u4e8e\u975e\u8c41\u514d\u5458\u5de5\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8fdc\u7a0b\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b8c\u6210 COVID-19 \u5b89\u5168\u6d4b\u91cf\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u5b8c\u6210\u5065\u5eb7\u68c0\u67e5\u3001\u6e29\u5ea6\u68c0\u67e5\u6216\u516c\u53f8\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff09\u6240\u82b1\u8d39\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u65e0\u85aa\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u5de5\u8d44\u548c\u5de5\u65f6\u8bc9\u8bbc\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u968f\u4e4b\u800c\u6765\u96c7\u4e3b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6b67\u89c6<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u65e0\u8bba\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u4e0e\u5426\uff0c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u59cb\u7ec8\u8981\u6c42\u96c7\u4e3b\u786e\u4fdd\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u7684\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e0d\u4f1a\u76f4\u63a5\u6216\u95f4\u63a5\u6b67\u89c6\u96c7\u5458\u3002\u4e0e style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COVID \u671f\u95f4\u76f4\u63a5\u6b67\u89c6\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\uff1a<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6709\u610f\u4e0d\u518d\u62db\u8058\u4e0e\u75ab\u60c5\u8d77\u6e90\u56fd\u6709\u5173\u7684\u67d0\u4e9b\u79cd\u65cf\u7684\u5458\u5de5\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u65e0\u6545\u89e3\u96c7\u6b8b\u75be\u3001\u957f\u671f\u60a3\u75c5\u6216\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5c11\u6570\u6c11\u65cf\u7684\u5458\u5de5\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span 400;\">\u4e0d\u516c\u6b63\u5730\u5ba1\u67e5\u5728\u5bb6\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5973\u6027\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u8868\u73b0\u4f18\u4e8e\u7537\u6027\u5458\u5de5\u7684\u8868\u73b0\uff0c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5979\u4eec\u4f1a\u56e0\u7167\u987e\u5b69\u5b50\u800c\u5206\u5fc3\u3002<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li \u76f8\u5173\u7684\u9002\u5f53\u5e26\u85aa\u4f11\u5047\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\u4e5f\u6709\u8d23\u4efb\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002\u96c7\u5458\u7684\u591a\u9879\u7d22\u8d54\u6d89\u53ca\u96c7\u4e3b\u636e\u79f0\u62d2\u7edd\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ed6\u4eec\u6839\u636e\u65b0\u7684 COVID-19 \u6cd5\u5f8b\u3001\u6761\u4f8b\u548c\u6cd5\u89c4\u6709\u6743\u4eab\u53d7\u7684\u5e26\u85aa\u4f11\u5047\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
