class=\"p2\">\u603b\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u91c7\u53d6\u63aa\u65bd\u5e94\u5bf9\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u5e76\u534f\u52a9\u5de5\u4eba\uff0c\u91c7\u53d6\u6cd5\u5f8b\u884c\u52a8\u3002 OSHA \u7684\u9884\u9632\u5de5\u4f5c\u800c\u52aa\u529b\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u6839\u636e\u4e09\u6708\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u786e\u8ba4\u4e86 128 \u4f8b\u548c 9 \u4f8b\u6b7b\u4e8e\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u75c5\u4f8b\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p2\"><b>\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u7684\u6069\u8d39\u5c14\u9a6c\u65af<\/b><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u7ee7\u7eed\uff0c\u8fd9\u5c06\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u52b3\u52a8\u4fdd\u969c\u3002\u4e25\u91cd\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\u4f20\u67d3\u6027\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u8bb8\u591a\u7070\u8272\u5730\u5e26\u3002\u5728 \u5728\u5185\u7684\u8bb8\u591a\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u90fd\u5bf9\u76d1\u7ba1\u4ea7\u751f\u4e86\u91cd\u5927\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u201c\u5de5\u4eba\u8d54\u507f\u201d\u662f\u8bb8\u591a\u804c\u4e1a\u7684\u8d1f\u62c5\uff0c\u662f\u5404\u79cd\u542c\u95fb\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u548c\u91cd\u590d\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u7684\u597d\u5904\u5305\u62ec\u5de5\u8d44\u548c\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u901a\u5e38\uff0c\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u4e2d\uff0c\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u7684\u4f24\u75c5\u5c06\u5728\u672a\u6765\u4e00\u6bb5\u65f6\u95f4\u5185\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u540d\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u5b58\u5728\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u51a0\u72b6\u75c5\u6bd2\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u7684\u533b\u7597\u65b9\u6cd5\u5305\u62ec\u5fc5\u987b\u8981\u5148\u5230\u6025\u8bca\u5ba4\u8fdb\u884c\u6cbb\u7597\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Las enfermedades \u75c5\u6bd2\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u5f15\u8d77\u4e89\u8bae\u3002 Las v\u00edctimas Lesionadas no tienen que establecer falta alguna.\u6ca1\u6709\u7edd\u5bf9\u7684\uff0ctienen que probar que se enfermaron en el trabajo, no mientras se Transportaban a este\u3002\u8fd9\u5bf9\u4f60\u6765\u8bf4\u662f\u4e2a\u56f0\u96be\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5bf9\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u6765\u8bf4\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u610f\u4e49\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p trabajo,<\/li>\n<li>\u83b7\u5f97\u9884\u9632\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u5b89\u5168\u68c0\u6d4b\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u62a4\uff0cy<\/li>\n<li>\u8bf7\u6c42 OSHA \u5f53\u5730\u68c0\u67e5\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u529f\u80fd\u6765\u6062\u590d\u3002\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6258\u9a6c\u5c14\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u91c7\u53d6\u4e0e\u6258\u739b\u62c9\u76f8\u53cd\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u5b9e\u9645\u60c5\u51b5\u662f\uff0c\u8bf7\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u5efa\u8bae\u60a8\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2 (COVID19) \u75c5\u6bd2\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u662f\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u9547\u957f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5411\u5176\u4ed6\u516c\u5171\u804c\u80fd\u90e8\u95e8\u5ba3\u5e03\u7d27\u6025\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u4ee5\u786e\u4fdd\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">\u4e2a\u4eba\u5e94\u5bf9\u7d27\u6025\u60c5\u51b5\u3001\u8f70\u70b8\u548c\u533b\u9662\u5b9e\u65bd\u5e38\u89c4\u989d\u5916\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p2\"><b>Tus derechos cuando s\u00edntomas de\u5176\u4ed6\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u201c\u9707\u60ca\u201d\u6216\u4e0e\u610f\u5916\u6709\u5173\u3002\u5982\u679c\u7981\u6b62\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u533b\u751f\u4f1a\u4e13\u95e8\u9488\u5bf9\u6c7d\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u5bf9\u516c\u5171\u6c7d\u8f66\u8fdb\u884c\u68c0\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n<p \u7684\u98df\u7269\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u7ecf\u6d4e\u65b9\u9762\u3001\u533b\u5b66\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\u3001\u5c31\u4e1a\u6216\u85aa\u8d44\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca<\/li>\n<li>Perdidas
