The class action complaint was filed in the Dutchess County Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u6295\u8bc9\u4e8e 2018 \u5e74 10 \u6708\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0c\u5c06 3M \u516c\u53f8\u3001Tyco Fire Products LP\u3001Buckeye Fire Equipment Company\u3001National Foam, Inc. \u548c Chemguard Inc. \u5217\u4e3a\u5236\u9020\u673a\u573a\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6c34\u6027\u6210\u819c\u6ce1\u6cab (AFFF) \u7684\u88ab\u544a\u6574\u4e2a\u5dde\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u54c8\u5fb7\u900a\u6cb3\u8c37\u5730\u533a\u673a\u573a\uff0c\u90fd\u6c61\u67d3\u4e86\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u3002\u8be5\u8bc9\u8bbc\u79f0\uff0c\u5236\u9020\u5546\u77e5\u9053 PFOA \u548c PFOS \u7684\u6bd2\u6027\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u4e0d\u4f1a\u751f\u7269\u964d\u89e3\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u57f9\u8bad\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u6cc4\u6f0f\u548c\u6392\u653e\u91ca\u653e\u5230\u73af\u5883\u4e2d\u65f6\u4e0d\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u5730\u4f1a\u6c61\u67d3\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u8868\u660e\uff0cPFOA \u548c PFOS \u8840\u6db2\u6c34\u5e73\u5347\u9ad8\u4e0e\u591a\u79cd\u5065\u5eb7\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u589e\u52a0\u4e4b\u95f4\u5b58\u5728\u5173\u8054\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5bf9\u809d\u810f\u548c\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3001\u9ad8\u80c6\u56fa\u9187\u3001\u9ad8\u8840\u538b\u3001\u7532\u72b6\u817a\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u53d8\u5316\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u80be\u810f\u3001\u524d\u5217\u817a\u548c\u777e\u4e38\u764c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Napoli Shkolnik  environmental attorneys seek to recover past and future treatment and other remediation costs for the total removal of the toxic chemicals from the production water served to the customers, which will run into the tens of millions of dollars.
