Napoli\u3001Joseph L. Ciaccio \u548c Salvatore C. Badala \u7275\u5934\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Napoli Shkolnik  will work with local Ohio law firm Climaco, Wilcox, Peca &amp; Garfoli Co., LPA in its representation of Lorain. The lawsuit will seek to reimburse the City and its tax payers for the expenses and hardships faced by the Lorain community as a result of the deceptive marketing and negligent distribution of opioid pain medications.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u4fc4\u4ea5\u4fc4\u5dde\u4e0e\u5168\u56fd\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u4f55\u5730\u533a\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u90fd\u53d7\u5230\u963f\u7247\u7c7b\u836f\u7269\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u9a8c\u5c38\u5b98\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f00\u59cb\u6ca1\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u6765\u653e\u7f6e\u6240\u6709\u670d\u836f\u8fc7\u91cf\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u201d\uff0c\u8bf4 (FDA) \u4e5f\u5bf9\u963f\u7247\u7c7b\u836f\u7269\u91c7\u53d6\u66f4\u5f3a\u786c\u7684\u7acb\u573a\uff0c\u8981\u6c42 Endo International PLC \u5c06\u5176 Opana ER \u6297\u6ee5\u7528\u963f\u7247\u7c7b\u836f\u7269\u4e0b\u67b6\u3002\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u4e0e\u4f7f\u7528\u5171\u7528\u9488\u5934\u6ce8\u5c04\u8be5\u836f\u7269\u7684\u763e\u541b\u5b50\u4e4b\u95f4\u7206\u53d1\u7684 HIV \u548c\u4e19\u578b\u809d\u708e\u611f\u67d3\u6709\u5173\u3002\u6cbb\u7597\u6b64\u7c7b\u75ab\u60c5\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u843d\u5728\u5dde\u6216\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u8eab\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Napoli Shkolnik
