href=\"https:\/\/www.dol.gov\/general\/aboutdol\/majorlaws\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> \u8054\u90a6\u653f\u5e9c\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6cd5\u89c4 <\/a>\u5173\u4e8e\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"\/zh\/article\/%e5%b7%a5%e8%b5%84%e5%92%8c%e5%b7%a5%e6%97%b6%e6%b3%95\/\">\u5de5\u8d44\u548c\u5de5\u65f6<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>\u5de5\u4f5c\u573a\u6240\u5b89\u5168\u4e0e\u5065\u5eb7\uff08\u901a\u8fc7\u804c\u4e1a\u5b89\u5168\u4e0e\u5065\u5eb7\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u6216 href=\"\/zh\/%e7%bb%83%e4%b9%a0%e5%8c%ba\/%e5%8a%b3%e5%8a%a8%e8%80%85%e6%8a%a5%e9%85%ac\/\">\u52b3\u52a8\u8005\u62a5\u916c<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>\u516c\u5e73\u52b3\u5de5\u6807\u51c6\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u5e73\u7b49\u5c31\u4e1a\u673a\u4f1a\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u5de5\u4f1a\u548c\u4f1a\u5458\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u5c31\u4e1a\u798f\u5229\u4fdd\u969c\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u5458\u5de5\u4fdd\u62a4\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u300a\u5bb6\u5ead\u548c\u75c5\u5047\u6cd5\u300b\uff1b\u548c\u66f4\u591a\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u90fd\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u8fdd\u53cd\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u4e00\u4e9b\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u8fdd\u53cd\u52b3\u52a8\u6cd5\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u5305\u62ec\u57fa\u4e8e\u6027\u522b\u3001\u79cd\u65cf\u3001\u5e74\u9f84\u3001\u6027\u53d6\u5411\u3001\u6b8b\u75be\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u89c4\u7ea6\u7684\u6b67\u89c6\uff1b\u6ca1\u6709\u4e3a\u9700\u8981\u7167\u987e\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u63d0\u4f9b\u5047\u671f\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5bfc\u81f4\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u65ad\uff1b\u5728\u8ba1\u7b97\u5de5\u65f6\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u201c\u975e\u65f6\u949f\u201d\u5de5\u65f6\uff09\u65f6\u672a\u80fd\u4e3a\u5458\u5de5\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8d44\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8bb8\u591a\u516c\u53f8\u90fd\u8bbe\u6709\u4eba\u529b\u8d44\u6e90\u90e8\u95e8\uff0c\u4f46\u8bf7\u8bb0\u4f4f\uff0c\u4e0e\u60a8\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u53ef\u80fd\u66f4\u7b26\u5408\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u89c9\u5f97\u81ea\u5df1\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e86\u52b3\u52a8\u6cd5\u4f46\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u5982\u4f55\u5904\u7406\uff0cNapoli Shkolnik \u63d0\u4f9b <a href=\"\/zh\/%e8%81%94%e7%b3%bb%e6%88%91%e4%bb%ac\/\">\u514d\u8d39\u3001\u4fdd\u5bc6\u7684\u54a8\u8be2<\/a> \u5e2e\u52a9\u60a8\u63a2\u7d22\u60a8\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9009\u62e9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>\u5e38\u89c1\u7684 OSHA \u8fdd\u89c4\u884c\u4e3a<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\u804c\u4e1a\u4e0e\u5065\u5eb7\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (OSHA)
