Your application for <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/napolilaw.lemonadestand.org\/zh\/%e7%bb%83%e4%b9%a0%e5%8c%ba\/%e7%a4%be%e4%bc%9a%e4%bf%9d%e9%9a%9c%e6%ae%8b%e7%96%be\/\" title=\"Social Security\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"88\">Social Security<\/a> disability benefits will be filed through your local field office either in person, by mail, by phone, or online. The application will include information related to your impairment, any treatment you may be receiving, and other information relevant to your disability. It is the field office\u2019s responsibility to verify all non-medical eligibility information (including age, marital status, employment, and\/or Social Security coverage).
