As a result, the patient must have suffered injury to have their day in court. When physicians act without regard to the generally accepted methods of treatment, they are said to have acted outside of the standard of care. This simply means that their chosen course of action in a given situation was not the standard that most other doctors would have lived up to. Sometimes a suit may result when a physician fails to run a routine test and fails to diagnose properly because of that. Other times a suit can result from a physician choosing to proceed with an operation that has a very high risk of resulting in injury. Whatever the situation, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/napolilaw.lemonadestand.org\/zh\/%e7%bb%83%e4%b9%a0%e5%8c%ba\/%e5%85%b3%e4%ba%8e%e5%8c%bb%e7%96%97%e4%ba%8b%e6%95%85\/\" patient\u2019s health.<\/p>\n<h3>\u5728\u7ebd\u7ea6\u8bc1\u660e\u533b\u7597\u4e8b\u6545<\/h3>\n<p>\u4e00\u79cd <a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.ny.gov\/regulations\/education_law\/article\/131-a\/docs\/131a.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u533b\u7597\u4e8b\u6545<\/a> \u8bc9\u8bbc\u9700\u8981\u8bc1\u660e\u533b\u751f\u672a\u80fd\u6309\u7167\u62a4\u7406\u6807\u51c6\u8fdb\u884c\u6cbb\u7597\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u505a\u5230\u8fd9\u4e00\u70b9\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5176\u4ed6\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u7684\u4e13\u5bb6\u8bc1\u8bcd\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u505a\u7684\u6210\u672c\u53ef\u80fd\u76f8\u5f53\u9ad8\uff0c\u6bcf\u5c0f\u65f6\u7ea6
