\u7684\u8bf4\u6cd5\uff0c\u201c\u603b\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8be5\u7814\u7a76\u652f\u6301\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u79cd\u89c2\u70b9\uff0c\u5373\u60a3\u6709 CI [\u8ba4\u77e5\u969c\u788d] \u7684\u53cd\u5e94\u8005\u5177\u6709\u4e0e\u795e\u7ecf\u9000\u884c\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u795e\u7ecf\u5b66\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u201d\u8fd9\u79cd\u75be\u75c5\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u5927\u8111\u4e2d\u7684\u767d\u8d28\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 40 \u5c42\u4ee5\u4e0b\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\uff0c\u5f53\u53cc\u5b50\u5854\u5012\u584c\u65f6\uff0c\u77f3\u68c9\u7ea4\u7ef4\u662f\u7b3c\u7f69\u8be5\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6709\u6bd2\u7c89\u5c18\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5fae\u5c0f\u7684\u7ea4\u7ef4\u4e0e\u8bb8\u591a\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u3001\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u81f4\u547d\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u95f4\u76ae\u7624\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u95ee\u9898<strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u4e0a\u8ff0\u6545\u4e8b\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u521b\u4f24\u540e\u5e94\u6fc0\u969c\u788d\u3001\u75f4\u5446\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u95ee\u9898\u90fd\u6709\u751f\u7406\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6781\u7aef\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u5982\u6218\u6597\u6216 9\/11 \u6025\u6551\u4eba\u5458\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u4f1a\u6539\u53d8\u5927\u8111\u5316\u5b66\u53cd\u5e94\u3002\u63a7\u5236\u60c5\u7eea\u53cd\u5e94\u7684\u674f\u4ec1\u6838\u6269\u5927\uff0c\u63a7\u5236\u903b\u8f91\u53cd\u5e94\u7684\u5927\u8111\u76ae\u5c42\u6536\u7f29\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u4e0d\u5e73\u8861\u89e3\u91ca\u4e86\u4ee5\u4e0b\u75c7\u72b6\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u5728\u66fc\u54c8\u987f\u4e0b\u57ce\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u5f53\u5929\u8fd8\u662f\u63a5\u4e0b\u6765\u7684\u51e0\u4e2a\u6708\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u901a\u8fc7\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u8d54\u507f\u57fa\u91d1\u83b7\u5f97\u8d54\u507f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5728 9\/11 \u4e8b\u4ef6\u6216\u4e4b\u540e\u5927\u7ea6\u516b\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u5728\u66fc\u54c8\u987f\u4e0b\u57ce\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u8d44\u683c\u83b7\u5f97 VCF \u8d54\u507f\u3002\u5efa\u7acb\u5b58\u5728\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e8e\u51fa\u793a\u5c45\u4f4f\u8bc1\u660e\uff1a\u79df\u7ea6\u3001\u62b5\u62bc\u58f0\u660e\u6216\u6c34\u7535\u8d39\u8d26\u5355\u662f\u5efa\u7acb\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u5982\u679c\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u53ea\u62e5\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f4f\u6240\uff0c\u60c5\u51b5\u5c24\u5176\u5982\u6b64\u3002\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u5305\u62ec\u4fe1\u7528\u5361\u8d2d\u4e70\u3001\u5efa\u7b51\u8bbf\u5ba2\u65e5\u5fd7\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u6444\u50cf\u673a\u955c\u5934\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u5fc5\u987b\u60a3\u6709\u4e0e
