400;\">\u7531\u4e8e\u5de5\u4f24\u4fdd\u9669\u662f\u7531\u96c7\u4e3b\u529e\u7406\u7684\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u5458\u5de5\u90fd\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u5b83\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u8fd0\u4f5c\u7684\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u90a3 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5de5\u4f24\u4e8b\u6545 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wcb.ny.gov\/content\/main\/Employers\/when-injury-happens.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u5ba3\u79f0<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u8fc7\u7a0b\u975e\u5e38\u7b80\u5355\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u4f60\u7684\u9519\uff0c\u4f60\u8fd8\u80fd\u8981\u6c42\u8d54\u507f\u5417\uff1f<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u5927\u591a\u6570\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u3002\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5de5\u4f24\u662f\u4eba\u4e3a\u9519\u8bef\u9020\u6210\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5de5\u4f24\u8d54\u507f\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u201c\u65e0\u8fc7\u9519\u201d\u8ba1\u5212\u3002\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u65e0\u8bba\u8c01\u6709\u8fc7\u9519\uff0c\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u597d\u5904\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5b83\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u56e0\u9189\u9152\u6216\u5458\u5de5\u6545\u610f\u4f24\u5bb3\u81ea\u5df1\u6216\u4ed6\u4eba\u800c\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li href=\"https:\/\/ww3.nysif.com\/en\/Employer\/WCpolicyholder\/AboutClaims\/CompensationBenefits#:~:text=Compensation%20Rates&amp;text=An%20injured%20employee%20is%20entitled,maximums%20and%20degree%20of%20disability.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6709\u6743\u83b7\u5f97\u5e73\u5747\u6bcf\u5468\u5de5\u8d44\u7684\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8e\u60a8\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u524d\u7684\u4e00\u5e74\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u8bf7\u8054\u7cfb\u6211\u4eec\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u786e\u4fdd\u60a8\u5c3d\u5feb\u83b7\u5f97\u5de5\u4f24\u7d22\u8d54\u8d54\u507f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>\u4ec0\u4e48\u60c5\u51b5\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5de5\u4f24\uff1f<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span 400;\">\u8981\u63d0\u51fa\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e8b\u6545\u7d22\u8d54\uff0c\u4f24\u5bb3\u6216\u75be\u75c5\u5fc5\u987b\u662f\u5728\u60a8\u5de5\u4f5c\u671f\u95f4\u6216\u6b63\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u65f6\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span 400;\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5927\u591a\u6570\u4f24\u5bb3\uff0c\u5458\u5de5\u53ef\u4ee5\u83b7\u5f97\u4e0e\u4f24\u5bb3\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528\u3001\u635f\u5931\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u9644\u5e26\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u2014\u2014\u6bd4\u5982\u63a5\u89e6\u77f3\u68c9\u7684\u5de5\u4eba\u2014\u2014\u5de5\u4f24\u8d54\u507f\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u9ad8\u5f97\u591a\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u53d7\u4f24\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u957f\u671f\u6b8b\u75be\u3001\u751f\u6d3b\u8d28\u91cf\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>\u4f60\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span
