In recent months, Napoli Shkolnik has been retained by numerous counties to file lawsuits on their behalf against the manufacturers and distributors of opioid painkillers. New York Counties including Nassau, Niagara and Schuyler as well as the Cities of Dayton, Lorain and Parma in Ohio and the City of Manchester are among of the latest to work with Napoli Shkolnilk in their fight against the opioid epidemic.
