We\u2019re trial lawyers,\u201dhe said.<\/p>\n<p>What can happen after this bellwether trial? It\u2019s up to the judge, Shkolnik said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s our belief that the judge can\u2019t physically try all these cases,\u201d he said.
