The suits target the companies&#8217; &#8220;wrongful conduct&#8221; in designing, manufacturing, distributing, labeling, advertising, marketing, promoting and selling the chemotherapy drug.<\/p>\n<p>The plaintiffs are represented by <a href=\"\/tr\/napoli-attorney\/avci-shkolnik\/\">Avc\u0131 Shkolnik<\/a>, <a href=\"\/tr\/napoli-attorney\/nicholas-r-farnolo-li\/\">Nicholas R. Farnolo<\/a>, <a href=\"\/tr\/napoli-attorney\/shayna-cuvallar\/\">Shayna E. Sacks<\/a>, <a href=\"\/tr\/napoli-attorney\/w-steven-berman\/\">W.Steven Berman<\/a> di\u011ferleri aras\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p>The cases will be heard by Judge James F.
