Shkolnik of Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, one of the top plaintiffs attorneys in the litigation, told Law360 on Tuesday.\u00a0&#8220;They claim a chain pharmacy has no duty under the law to stop the illegal flow of opioids into our communities.
