{"id":2502,"date":"2018-08-23T15:17:12","date_gmt":"2018-08-23T19:17:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost:10028\/whitepapers\/taxotere-hair-loss-lawsuits-centralized\/"},"modified":"2022-06-27T02:28:09","modified_gmt":"2022-06-27T06:28:09","slug":"taxotere-hair-loss-lawsuits-centralized","status":"publish","type":"whitepapers","link":"https:\/\/napolilaw.lemonadestand.org\/pl\/biale-papiery\/taxotere-hair-loss-lawsuits-centralized\/","title":{"rendered":"Scentralizowane procesy s\u0105dowe dotycz\u0105ce wypadania w\u0142os\u00f3w Taxotere"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to a notice made public August 15th, the New Jersey Supreme Court Justices in July granted multicounty litigation status to about 353 cases alleging Sanofi U.S. Services Inc., Sanofi-Aventis U.S. LLC, Sandoz Inc. and Actavis LLC failed to adequately warn consumers about the risk of permanent hair loss as a result of using the breast cancer drug <a href=\"\/pl\/teren-do-cwiczen-2\/spory-farmaceutyczne\/taksowka\/\">Taxotere<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuits each assert that the drugmakers knew or should have known that Taxotere &#8220;causes and contributes to permanent disfigurement and hair loss,&#8221; but did not adequately warn of such risks, according to the patients&#8217; centralization petition. The suits target the companies&#8217; &#8220;wrongful conduct&#8221; in designing, manufacturing, distributing, labeling, advertising, marketing, promoting and selling the chemotherapy drug.<\/p>\n<p>The plaintiffs are represented by <a href=\"\/pl\/napoli-attorney\/mysliwy-szkolnik\/\">Hunter Szkolnik<\/a>, <a href=\"\/pl\/napoli-attorney\/mikolaj-r-farnolo-li\/\">Miko\u0142aja R. Farnolo<\/a>, <a href=\"\/pl\/napoli-attorney\/worki-shayna\/\">Shayna E. Worki<\/a>, <a href=\"\/pl\/napoli-attorney\/w-steven-berman\/\">W. Stevena Bermana<\/a> po\u015br\u00f3d innych.<\/p>\n<p>The cases will be heard by Judge James F.
