As a result of the impact, our client sustained serious and permanent injuries to his lumbar spine, his bladder, his left foot &amp; shoulder and required multiple, extensive surgeries.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the nature of his injuries, he will be on prescription medications for life as well as require orthopedic and adaptive equipment for life.
