They are\u00a0seeking to recover all costs for treating and removing the Per-Fluorinated\u00a0Compounds or PFC\u2019s that can be found in firefighting foam and cleaning products.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve filed a notice to intend to litigate.
