The suits target the companies&#8217; &#8220;wrongful conduct&#8221; in designing, manufacturing, distributing, labeling, advertising, marketing, promoting and selling the chemotherapy drug.<\/p>\n<p>The plaintiffs are represented by <a href=\"\/ja\/napoli-attorney\/%e3%83%8f%e3%83%b3%e3%82%bf%e3%83%bc%e3%83%bb%e3%82%b7%e3%83%a5%e3%82%b3%e3%83%ab%e3%83%8b%e3%82%af\/\">\u30cf\u30f3\u30bf\u30fc\u30fb\u30b7\u30e5\u30b3\u30eb\u30cb\u30af<\/a>, <a href=\"\/ja\/napoli-attorney\/nicholas-r-farnolo-li\/\">\u30cb\u30b3\u30e9\u30b9\u30fbR\u30fb\u30d5\u30a1\u30fc\u30ce\u30ed<\/a>, <a href=\"\/ja\/napoli-attorney\/%e3%82%b7%e3%82%a7%e3%82%a4%e3%83%8a%e3%82%b5%e3%83%83%e3%82%af\/\">\u30b7\u30a7\u30a4\u30ca\u30fbE\u30fb\u30b5\u30c3\u30af\u30b9<\/a>, <a href=\"\/ja\/napoli-attorney\/w-%e3%82%b9%e3%83%86%e3%82%a3%e3%83%bc%e3%83%96%e3%83%b3%e3%83%bb%e3%83%90%e3%83%bc%e3%83%9e%e3%83%b3\/\">W\u30fb\u30b9\u30c6\u30a3\u30fc\u30d6\u30f3\u30fb\u30d0\u30fc\u30de\u30f3<\/a> \u3068\u308a\u308f\u3051\u3002<\/p>\n<p>The cases will be heard by Judge James F.
