He alleges the minors were damaged by physical and psychological injuries, permanent disabilities, weight loss, anemia and other economic and non-economic damages.<\/p>\n<p>The plaintiff holds Doe Run Resources Corp., A.R. Acquisition, et al. responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently stored, maintained and released<br \/>\nmaterials containing lead and other toxic substances at its complex in La Oroya.
