style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 4,700 \u306e\u65e2\u77e5\u306e PFA \u5316\u5408\u7269<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u30a2\u30d7\u30ea\u30b1\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u3067\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002 4,700 \u306e\u65e2\u77e5\u306e PFA \u5316\u5408\u7269\u306e\u3046\u3061\u3001 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/newsreleases\/epa-takes-action-address-pfas-drinking-water\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">29 \u304c\u98f2\u6599\u6c34\u306e\u6c5a\u67d3\u7269\u8cea\u3068\u3057\u3066\u691c\u51fa\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PFAS\u3068\u306f?\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/pfas\/basic-information-pfas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u30da\u30eb\u30d5\u30eb\u30aa\u30ed\u30a2\u30eb\u30ad\u30eb\u304a\u3088\u3073\u30dd\u30ea\u30d5\u30eb\u30aa\u30ed\u30a2\u30eb\u30ad\u30eb<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l \u7269\u8cea (PFAS) \u306f\u30011940 \u5e74\u4ee3\u304b\u3089\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u6709\u6bd2\u306a\u4eba\u5de5\u7269\u8cea\u306e\u30af\u30e9\u30b9\u3067\u3059\u3002 PFAS \u306f\u3001\u30ce\u30f3\u30b9\u30c6\u30a3\u30c3\u30af \u30d1\u30f3\u306e\u30b3\u30fc\u30c6\u30a3\u30f3\u30b0\u3001\u30d5\u30a1\u30fc\u30b9\u30c8 \u30d5\u30fc\u30c9\u306e\u30d1\u30c3\u30b1\u30fc\u30b8\u3001\u5316\u7ca7\u54c1\u3001\u30b7\u30e3\u30f3\u30d7\u30fc\u306a\u3069\u3001\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u7528\u9014\u306b\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002 PFAS \u306f\u6d88\u706b\u7528\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30e0\u3084\u9632\u6c34\u751f\u5730\u306b\u3082\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u305f\u3081\u3001\u73fe\u5728\u307e\u305f\u306f\u4ee5\u524d\u306e\u8ecd\u4e8b\u57fa\u5730\u3084\u6d88\u9632\u65bd\u8a2d\u306e\u8fd1\u304f\u306e\u5168\u56fd\u7684\u306a\u6c34\u6e90\u3067\u691c\u51fa\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3088\u304f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PFAS \u306f\u975e\u751f\u5206\u89e3\u6027\u3067\u3042\u308a\u3001\u4f55\u5343\u5e74\u3082\u751f\u614b\u7cfb\u306b\u7559\u307e\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3053\u306e\u5206\u89e3\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u62b5\u6297\u529b\u304b\u3089\u3001\u300c\u6c38\u9060\u306e\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8cea\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3042\u3060\u540d\u304c\u4ed8\u3051\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002 PFAS \u306f\u3001\u96e8\u6c34\u306e\u6d41\u51fa\u3068\u571f\u58cc\u3078\u306e\u6d78\u900f\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u7d66\u6c34\u3092\u6c5a\u67d3\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002 PFAS \u306f\u5ec3\u6c34\u3084\u57cb\u7acb\u5730\u306b\u3082\u898b\u3089\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002\u7d66\u6c34\u304c\u9069\u5207\u306b\u51e6\u7406\u3055\u308c\u306a\u3044\u5834\u5408\u3001PFAS \u306f\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u306e\u5bb6\u5ead\u306b\u5230\u9054\u3057\u3001\u6c34\u9053\u6c34\u304b\u3089\u6442\u53d6\u3055\u308c\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncsl.org\/research\/environment-and-natural-resources\/per-and-polyfluoroalkyl-substances-pfas-state-laws.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1999 \u5e74\u4ee5\u964d\u3001CDC \u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u691c\u67fb\u3055\u308c\u305f\u4eba\u306e 95% \u304c PFAS \u306e\u691c\u67fb\u3067\u967d\u6027\u3067\u3057\u305f<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u5f7c\u3089\u306e\u4f53\u3067\u3002\u304c\u3042\u3063\u305f<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ewg.org\/interactive-maps\/pfas_contamination\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 50 \u5dde\u306b 2,854 \u304b\u6240<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u305d\u306e\u6c34\u6e90\u306f PFAS \u3092\u542b\u3093\u3067\u3044\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u78ba\u8a8d\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u98f2\u6599\u6c34\u5b89\u5168\u6cd5\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EPA (\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u5e81) \u306f\u3001\u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u306e\u5bb6\u5ead\u304c\u5b89\u5168\u306a\u98f2\u6599\u6c34\u306b\u30a2\u30af\u30bb\u30b9\u3067\u304d\u308b\u3088\u3046\u306b\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u4efb\u52d9\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002 EPA \u306e\u53d6\u308a\u7d44\u307f\u3092\u652f\u63f4\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u30011970 \u5e74\u4ee3\u306b\u53ef\u6c7a\u3055\u308c\u305f\u5b89\u5168\u306a\u98f2\u6599\u6c34\u6cd5\u306b\u4fee\u6b63\u304c\u52a0\u3048\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ny1.com\/nyc\/all-boroughs\/news\/2021\/04\/29\/senate-clean-water-bill\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2021 \u5e74\u306e\u98f2\u6599\u6c34\u304a\u3088\u3073\u5ec3\u6c34\u30a4\u30f3\u30d5\u30e9\u30b9\u30c8\u30e9\u30af\u30c1\u30e3\u6cd5\u306f\u3001\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u5dde\u306b 1 \u5146 4,000 \u5104\u30c9\u30eb\u3092\u52a9\u6210\u3057\u307e\u3059<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u3001\u30cd\u30a4\u30c6\u30a3\u30d6 \u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u30f3\u4fdd\u8b77\u533a\u3092\u542b\u3080\u3001\u5f7c\u3089\u306e\u6c34\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u306e\u4fee\u7406\u3092\u8a31\u53ef\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3053\u306e\u6cd5\u6848\u306b\u306f\u3001\u65b0\u305f\u306a\u6c34\u8cea\u6c5a\u67d3\u7269\u8cea\u306e\u3055\u3089\u306a\u308b\u7814\u7a76\u3092\u53ef\u80fd\u306b\u3057\u3001\u4ed6\u306e\u7814\u7a76\u3067\u306f\u7121\u8996\u3055\u308c\u3066\u304d\u305f\u6c5a\u67d3\u7269\u8cea\u306b\u5149\u3092\u5f53\u3066\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306e\u6761\u9805\u3082\u542b\u307e\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u6539\u8a02\u3055\u308c\u305f\u6cd5\u6848\u306f\u3001\u6392\u6c34\u3068\u96e8\u6c34\u96c6\u6c34\u65bd\u8a2d\u3082\u898f\u5236\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EPA \u306f\u307e\u305f\u3001\u98f2\u6599\u6c34\u4e2d\u306e PFAS \u306e\u5b58\u5728\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u6700\u65b0\u30c7\u30fc\u30bf\u3092\u53ce\u96c6\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u3001\u7b2c 5 \u306e\u898f\u5236\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u306a\u3044\u6c5a\u67d3\u7269\u8cea\u76e3\u8996\u898f\u5247 (UCMR 5) \u3092\u518d\u63d0\u6848\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u30d0\u30a4\u30c7\u30f3\u30fb\u30cf\u30ea\u30b9\u653f\u6a29\u3068\u3068\u3082\u306b\u3001EPA \u306f\u3053\u306e\u30c7\u30fc\u30bf\u3092\u5229\u7528\u3057\u3066\u3001\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u306e\u5065\u5eb7\u3068\u74b0\u5883\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b PFAS \u306e\u5f71\u97ff\u3092\u8abf\u67fb\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6700\u8fd1\u3001EPA \u306f\u5f7c\u3089\u306e <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/system\/files\/documents\/2021-10\/pfas-roadmap_final-508.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PFAS\u6226\u7565\u30ed\u30fc\u30c9\u30de\u30c3\u30d7<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: EPA \u306e\u884c\u52d5\u3078\u306e\u30b3\u30df\u30c3\u30c8\u30e1\u30f3\u30c8 2021-2024\u3002 EPA \u306f\u3001\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u5730\u5143\u306e\u90e8\u65cf\u3001\u304a\u3088\u3073\u30b3\u30df\u30e5\u30cb\u30c6\u30a3\u9593\u306e\u5171\u540c\u4f5c\u696d\u3092\u901a\u3058\u3066\u3001\u98f2\u6599\u6c34\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b PFAS \u306e\u5f71\u97ff\u3068\u3001\u305d\u308c\u3092\u56de\u907f\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u4f55\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u304b\u306b\u5bfe\u51e6\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u76ee\u6307\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u5f53\u5c40\u306b\u3088\u308b\u3068\u3001\u5f7c\u3089\u306e 3 \u5e74\u9593\u306e\u8a08\u753b\u306b\u306f\u3001\u6c5a\u67d3\u8005\u306b\u8ca1\u653f\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3092\u8ca0\u308f\u305b\u3001\u76e3\u8996\u3068\u30c7\u30fc\u30bf\u53ce\u96c6\u3092\u5897\u3084\u3057\u3001\u6c34\u4e2d\u306e PFAS \u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u7a4d\u6975\u7684\u304b\u3064\u5f37\u5236\u53ef\u80fd\u306a\u5236\u9650\u3092\u8a2d\u5b9a\u3059\u308b\u8a08\u753b\u304c\u542b\u307e\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b. EPA \u306f\u3001\u7279\u5b9a\u306e PFAS \u3092\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\u3068\u3057\u3066\u6307\u5b9a\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3082\u63d0\u6848\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002 <\/span><a 400;\">\u74b0\u5883\u5f01\u8b77\u58eb\u306f\u3001\u3053\u306e\u6761\u9805\u306e\u8a73\u7d30\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u6539\u6b63\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u8aac\u660e\u3092\u6c42\u3081\u3066\u3044\u308b\u4eba\u3068\u8a71\u3057\u5408\u3046\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u305d\u306e\u4ed6\u306e\u6c5a\u67d3\u7269\u8cea: TCE \u304a\u3088\u3073 1-4 \u30b8\u30aa\u30ad\u30b5\u30f3\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u65b0\u305f\u306b\u61f8\u5ff5\u3055\u308c\u308b\u6c5a\u67d3\u7269\u8cea\u306f PFAS \u3060\u3051\u3067\u306f\u3042\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002 TCE \u3084 1-4 \u30b8\u30aa\u30ad\u30b5\u30f3\u306a\u3069\u306e\u4ed6\u306e\u6709\u6bd2\u7269\u8cea\u304c\u6c34\u9053\u306b\u6df7\u5165\u3057\u3001\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u306b\u6df1\u523b\u306a\u5065\u5eb7\u88ab\u5bb3\u3092\u3082\u305f\u3089\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u306b\u3088\u308b\u3068<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ewg.org\/news-insights\/news\/cancer-causing-chemical-14-dioxane-contaminates-americans-drinking-water#.WhsbyrT80Wo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span \u306f\u3001\u6728\u6750\u306e\u4ed5\u4e0a\u3052\u5264\u3084\u5857\u88c5\u5265\u96e2\u5264\u306b\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u308b\u7269\u8cea\u3067\u3059\u3002\u4ed6\u306e\u7269\u8cea\u3068\u7d44\u307f\u5408\u308f\u305b\u308b\u3068\u3001\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8cea\u3092\u4f5c\u6210\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u4f7f\u7528\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002 TCE
