The class action complaint was filed against manufacturers of aqueous firefighting foams (\u201cAFFF\u201d) containing perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (\u201cPFOS\u201d) and perfluorooctanoic acid (\u201cPFOA\u201d) and manufacturers of fluorosurfactants containing PFOS and PFOA. The class action complaint was filed in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, MDL No. 2873, <em>In Re: \u6c34\u6027\u30d5\u30a3\u30eb\u30e0\u5f62\u6210\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30e0 (AFFF) \u88fd\u9020\u7269\u8cac\u4efb\u8a34\u8a1f<\/em>.*<\/p>\n<p>\u4f55\u5341\u5e74\u306b\u3082\u308f\u305f\u308b\u4f7f\u7528\u3001\u4fdd\u7ba1\u3001\u5ec3\u68c4 <a
