Advocates complain that these regulations seemingly provide more protection for the accused students and employees rather than the victims.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6559\u80b2\u9577\u5b98\u306e\u30d9\u30c3\u30c4\u30a3\u30fc\u30fb\u30c7\u30f4\u30a9\u30b9\u6c0f\u306b\u3088\u308b\u3068\u3001\u65b0\u305f\u306a\u5909\u66f4\u306f\u3001\u6027\u7684\u9055\u6cd5\u884c\u70ba\u3092\u5831\u544a\u3057\u305f\u751f\u5f92\u3068\u544a\u767a\u3055\u308c\u305f\u751f\u5f92\u306e\u4e21\u65b9\u306e\u9069\u6b63\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u306e\u6a29\u5229\u3092\u78ba\u4fdd\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u76ee\u7684\u3068\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3002\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
