Environmental associate \u30c6\u30a4\u30c8\u30fbJ\u30fb\u30ab\u30f3\u30af\u30eb<\/a> will be a featured lecturer at the upcoming 2017 New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) CLE Toxic Tort Litigation seminar<\/a>. Along with other faculty members who include litigators and experts, Mr. Kunkle will outline the skills necessary to demonstrate causation and harm. Speakers will also analyze recent claims and industry developments \u00a0involved with toxic tort litigation.<\/p>\n

Mr. Kunkle will be the featured panelist for “The Science of Causation and Harm – Toxicology 101” segment on Friday, June 2 at the Melville Marriott<\/a>. He explain\u00a0the role of a toxicologist, under what circumstances one should be retained and how their report impacts litigation.<\/p>\n

A webcast of his\u00a0program will also be available on Friday, June 9. Newly admitted attorneys (less than 24 months) should check the NYSBA’s \u00a0policy on webcast attendance.<\/p>\n
