Ciaccio.\u00a0 \u201cIt has become a crisis, and we hope this lawsuit will recoup the City\u2019s costs associated with this <a href=\"\/ja\/%e7%b7%b4%e7%bf%92%e5%a0%b4\/%e8%a3%bd%e8%96%ac%e8%a8%b4%e8%a8%9f\/%e3%82%aa%e3%83%94%e3%82%aa%e3%82%a4%e3%83%89%e6%b5%81%e8%a1%8c\/\">\u4f1d\u67d3\u75c5<\/a> and help change the way these companies market these dangerous drugs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Napoli Shkolnik attorneys intend to pursue claims against the largest manufacturers and marketers of opioid pain medications in the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u3068\u3057\u3066 <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/5-2-17-Union-Leader-Manchester-aldermen-vote-to-join-possible-suit-against-pharmaceutical-companies-.pdf\">New Hampshire Union Leader<\/a> reported, the alderman voted unanimously to authorize the city solicitor to join the suit on behalf of the city.<\/p>\n<p>According to the paperwork on the case, Napoli Shkolnik  intends on pursuing claims against the largest manufacturers and marketers of opioid pain medications in the country, including: Purdue Pharmaceuticals, makers of OxyContin and Dialuadid\u037e Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc.\/Cephalon, Inc., makers of fentanyl products Actiq and Fentora\u037e Johnson and Johnson\/Janssen Pharmaceutical, makers of Duragesic fentanyl products\u037e and Endo Pharmaceuticals, makes of Percocet and Opana.<\/p>\n<p>Attorneys with Napoli Shkolnik  intend to pursue claims for &#8220;deceptive acts and practices, false advertising, public nuisance, fraud, unjust enrichment&#8221; and other state specific violations, according to documents provided by Arnold.<\/p>\n<p>Our firm has set up an <a href=\"\/ja\/%e6%94%bf%e5%ba%9c%e4%ba%8b%e5%8b%99%e5%b1%80%e3%82%aa%e3%83%94%e3%82%aa%e3%82%a4%e3%83%89%e5%bc%81%e8%ad%b7%e5%a3%ab\/\">Office of Opioid and Government Affairs<\/a> to assist government entities, cities, and counties with achieving justice against this crisis.
