This has lead to a <a href=\"\/ja\/article\/%e6%9c%89%e5%ae%b3%e3%81%aa%e3%83%ac%e3%83%99%e3%83%ab%e3%81%ae%e6%9c%89%e6%af%92%e5%8c%96%e5%ad%a6%e7%89%a9%e8%b3%aa%e3%81%ae%e3%83%99%e3%82%b9%e3%83%9a%e3%83%bc%e3%82%b8-%e3%83%a4%e3%83%bc%e3%83%89\/\">\u6709\u5bb3\u30ec\u30d9\u30eb\u306e\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8cea<\/a> \u5468\u56f2\u306e\u4f4f\u5b85\u5730\u306b\u3002\u30b0\u30e9\u30de\u30f3\u306f\u3001\u5468\u56f2\u306e\u30b3\u30df\u30e5\u30cb\u30c6\u30a3\u306b\u6c5a\u67d3\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u30bf\u30a4\u30e0\u30ea\u30fc\u306b\u8b66\u544a\u3057\u305f\u3053\u3068\u306f\u306a\u304f\u3001\u6c5a\u67d3\u306e\u4fee\u5fa9\u306b\u7d99\u7d9a\u7684\u306b\u5931\u6557\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Napoli Shkolnik  is seeking $500 million in damages for personal injury and property damage claims, as well as punitive damages.
