2022\u5e746\u670815\u65e5\u6c34\u66dc\u65e5\u306b\u767a\u884c\u3055\u308c\u305f\u5065\u5eb7\u52e7\u544a\u30ec\u30d9\u30eb\u307e\u305f\u306fHAL\u306f\u3001EPA\u304c\u73fe\u5728\u3001\u654f\u611f\u306a\u96c6\u56e3\u3084\u30e9\u30a4\u30d5\u30b9\u30c6\u30fc\u30b8\u3092\u542b\u3080\u3059\u3079\u3066\u306e\u4eba\u3005\u3092\u66dd\u9732\u306b\u3088\u308b\u5065\u5eb7\u3078\u306e\u60aa\u5f71\u97ff\u304b\u3089\u5b88\u308b\u3068\u8003\u3048\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306ePFAS\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8cea\u306e\u6700\u5927\u30ec\u30d9\u30eb\u3092\u7279\u5b9a\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5065\u5eb7\u52e7\u544a\u3067\u53d6\u308a\u4e0a\u3052\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b 4 \u3064\u306e PFAS \u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8cea\u306b\u306f\u3001\u30d1\u30fc\u30d5\u30eb\u30aa\u30ed\u30aa\u30af\u30bf\u30f3\u30b9\u30eb\u30db\u30f3\u9178 (PFOS)\u3001\u30d1\u30fc\u30d5\u30eb\u30aa\u30ed\u30aa\u30af\u30bf\u30f3\u9178 (PFOA)\u3001\u30d1\u30fc\u30d5\u30eb\u30aa\u30ed\u30d6\u30bf\u30f3\u30b9\u30eb\u30db\u30f3\u9178 (PFBS)\u3001\u304a\u3088\u3073\u30d8\u30ad\u30b5\u30d5\u30eb\u30aa\u30ed\u30d7\u30ed\u30d4\u30ec\u30f3\u30aa\u30ad\u30b7\u30c9\u30c0\u30a4\u30de\u30fc\u9178 (GenX) \u304c\u542b\u307e\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

PFOS and PFOA are the two of the most widely studied chemicals in the PFAS group and until the early 2000s were used in a wide range of products, including firefighting foams used by military and airports for decades. EPA\u2019s actions on Wednesday lower the health advisory<\/a> levels for PFOS and PFOA from a combined level of 70 parts per trillion or ppt, which the agency had issued in May 2016, to 0.02 ppt for PFOS and 0.004 ppt for PFOA\u2014levels that are below what can even be detected using standard PFAS testing methods.<\/p>\n

EPA \u306b\u3088\u308c\u3070\u3001\u300c\u5065\u5eb7\u3078\u306e\u60aa\u5f71\u97ff\u304c\u767a\u751f\u3059\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u306e\u3042\u308b\u30ec\u30d9\u30eb\u306f\u3001EPA \u304c 2016 \u5e74\u306b PFOA \u304a\u3088\u3073 PFOS \u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u5065\u5eb7\u52e7\u544a\u3092\u767a\u884c\u3057\u305f\u3068\u304d\u306b\u3053\u308c\u307e\u3067\u8a8d\u8b58\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u305f\u30ec\u30d9\u30eb\u3088\u308a\u3082\u306f\u308b\u304b\u306b\u4f4e\u3044\u305f\u3081\u3001PFOS \u304a\u3088\u3073 PFOA \u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u5065\u5eb7\u52e7\u544a\u3092\u518d\u691c\u8a0e\u3059\u308b\u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3068\u611f\u3058\u305f\u3002\u7279\u5b9a\u306e\u5065\u5eb7\u3078\u306e\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n

EPA\u306f\u3053\u308c\u307e\u3067\u3001PFBS\u307e\u305f\u306fGenX\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b\u5065\u5eb7\u52e7\u544a\u30ec\u30d9\u30eb\u3092\u767a\u884c\u3057\u3066\u3044\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u304c\u3001\u8fd1\u5e74\u3001\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306f\u5316\u5b66\u88fd\u54c1\u3084\u88fd\u54c1\u306e\u88fd\u9020\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066PFOS\u304a\u3088\u3073PFOA\u306e\u4ee3\u66ff\u54c1\u3068\u8003\u3048\u3089\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n

EPA \u306f\u3001\u3053\u308c\u3089 2 \u3064\u306e PFAS \u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u3001PFBS \u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066 2,000 ppt\u3001GenX \u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066 10 ppt \u3068\u3044\u3046\u6700\u7d42\u5065\u5eb7\u52e7\u544a\u30ec\u30d9\u30eb\u3092\u767a\u884c\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

\u30ca\u30dd\u30ea\u30fb\u30b7\u30e5\u30b3\u30eb\u30cb\u30af\u306e\u30d1\u30fc\u30c8\u30ca\u30fc\u3001\u30dd\u30fc\u30eb\u30fb\u30ca\u30dd\u30ea\u6c0f\u306f\u300c\u3053\u308c\u306f\u3001\u653f\u5e9c\u304c\u5b88\u3063\u3066\u304f\u308c\u308b\u3068\u4fe1\u983c\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u5bb6\u5ead\u3067\u6c34\u9053\u6c34\u3092\u98f2\u3080\u3060\u3051\u3067\u30ac\u30f3\u3084\u305d\u306e\u4ed6\u306e\u81f4\u547d\u7684\u306a\u75c5\u6c17\u3092\u767a\u75c7\u3059\u308b\u30ea\u30b9\u30af\u306b\u3055\u3089\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u4f55\u5343\u4e07\u4eba\u3082\u306e\u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u4eba\u306b\u3068\u3063\u3066\u3001\u5927\u304d\u306a\u524d\u9032\u3060\u300d\u3068\u8ff0\u3079\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

PFAS\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u30d1\u30fc\u30d5\u30eb\u30aa\u30ed\u30a2\u30eb\u30ad\u30eb\u7269\u8cea\u304a\u3088\u3073\u30dd\u30ea\u30d5\u30eb\u30aa\u30ed\u30a2\u30eb\u30ad\u30eb\u7269\u8cea (PFAS) \u306f\u3001PFOA (\u30d1\u30fc\u30d5\u30eb\u30aa\u30ed\u30aa\u30af\u30bf\u30f3\u9178) \u304a\u3088\u3073 PFOS (\u30d1\u30fc\u30d5\u30eb\u30aa\u30ed\u30aa\u30af\u30bf\u30f3\u30b9\u30eb\u30db\u30f3\u9178) \u3092\u542b\u3080\u6709\u5bb3\u306a\u4eba\u5de5\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8cea\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8cea\u306f\u30011940 \u5e74\u4ee3\u4ee5\u6765\u3001\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\u306e\u3055\u307e\u3056\u307e\u306a\u7523\u696d\u3067\u88fd\u9020\u3055\u308c\u3066\u304d\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002\u3053\u308c\u3089\u306e\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8cea\u306e\u4e0d\u9069\u5207\u306a\u53d6\u308a\u6271\u3044\u3068\u5ec3\u68c4\u306f\u3001\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u4e95\u6238\u3084\u6cb3\u5ddd\u306e\u6c5a\u67d3\u3092\u901a\u3058\u3066\u5929\u7136\u6c34\u6e90\u306e\u6c5a\u67d3\u3092\u5f15\u304d\u8d77\u3053\u3057\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6c34\u9053\u533a\u3084\u51e6\u7406\u5834\u306f\u3001\u6c34\u51e6\u7406\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u304b\u3089 PFAS \u3092\u9664\u53bb\u3059\u308b\u8cbb\u7528\u3092\u8ca0\u62c5\u3057\u306a\u3051\u308c\u3070\u306a\u308a\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002\u7c73\u56fd\u5168\u571f\u306e 1,500 \u4ee5\u4e0a\u306e\u98f2\u6599\u6c34\u30b7\u30b9\u30c6\u30e0\u304c PFOA \u304a\u3088\u3073 PFOS \u3067\u6c5a\u67d3\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

2018 \u5e74 5 \u6708\u306e\u74b0\u5883\u30ef\u30fc\u30ad\u30f3\u30b0 \u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7 (EWG) \u30ec\u30dd\u30fc\u30c8\u306b\u3088\u308b\u3068\u3002<\/p>\n

PFAS \u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8cea\u306f\u74b0\u5883\u304a\u3088\u3073\u4eba\u4f53\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u975e\u5e38\u306b\u6b8b\u7559\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002\u3053\u308c\u306f\u3001\u305d\u308c\u3089\u304c\u5206\u89e3\u3055\u308c\u305a\u3001\u6642\u9593\u306e\u7d4c\u904e\u3068\u3068\u3082\u306b\u84c4\u7a4d\u3059\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u610f\u5473\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n

PFAS \u3078\u306e\u66dd\u9732\u304c\u4eba\u9593\u306e\u5065\u5eb7\u306b\u60aa\u5f71\u97ff\u3092\u53ca\u307c\u3059\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3068\u3044\u3046\u8a3c\u62e0\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n
