The suits target the companies&#8217; &#8220;wrongful conduct&#8221; in designing, manufacturing, distributing, labeling, advertising, marketing, promoting and selling the chemotherapy drug.<\/p>\n<p>The plaintiffs are represented by <a href=\"\/fr\/napoli-attorney\/chasseur-shkolnik\/\">Chasseur Chkolnik<\/a>, <a href=\"\/fr\/napoli-attorney\/nicolas-r-farnolo-li\/\">Nicolas R. Farnolo<\/a>, <a href=\"\/fr\/napoli-attorney\/shayna-sacs\/\">Shayna E.Sacks<\/a>, <a href=\"\/fr\/napoli-attorney\/w-steven-berman\/\">W. Steven Berman<\/a> entre autres.<\/p>\n<p>The cases will be heard by Judge James F.
