The suits target the companies&#8217; &#8220;wrongful conduct&#8221; in designing, manufacturing, distributing, labeling, advertising, marketing, promoting and selling the chemotherapy drug.<\/p>\n<p>The plaintiffs are represented by <a href=\"\/es\/napoli-attorney\/cazador-shkolnik\/\">Cazador Shkolnik<\/a>, <a href=\"\/es\/napoli-attorney\/nicholas-r-farnolo-li\/\">Nicol\u00e1s R. Farnolo<\/a>, <a href=\"\/es\/napoli-attorney\/shayna-sacos\/\">Shayna E. Sacos<\/a>, <a href=\"\/es\/napoli-attorney\/w-steven-berman\/\">W.Steven Berman<\/a> entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>The cases will be heard by Judge James F.
