Shkolnik\u2019s case also involves plaintiffs\u2019 lawyer law firm in Coral Gables, Florida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is so highly toxic that when you\u2019re in the mining town there, it looks like there are snowcaps, but they aren\u2019t; it\u2019s bleached white from acid rain,\u201d Shkolnik said. \u201cSo, we filed suit, and it\u2019s been scorched earth ever since.
