The coronavirus pandemic has put a damper on pretty much every family event on the calendar this year. But with a little additional planning, your 2020 Thanksgiving celebration could look a lot like the one you had last year.<\/p>\n

By this time, we are all getting rather good at interacting online. For example, we usually remember to look at the camera, instead of at the screen, when we talk. Put these skills to good use and make people feel like they are part of your gathering, no matter where they are.<\/p>\n

Speaking of new traditions, why is it that there are cookers and eaters at most Thanksgiving parties?<\/p>\n

Watch the Macy\u2019s Thanksgiving Parade<\/h2>\n

Even if you are not a parade fan, you don\u2019t want to miss this (hopefully) once-in-a-lifetime event. New York Mayor Bill DeBlasio said there will be a virtual parade this year.<\/p>\n
