A park across the street from the couple&#8217;s house is a hot-spot for the popular game and they say the Pokemon Go players trample their shrubbery, peer in windows and curse at them. The lawsuit is also looking for a cut of the game maker&#8217;s profits.<\/p>\n<p>The Niantic hit was initially released in selected countries in July 2016. \u00a0It is a\u00a0free-to-play, location-based mobile reality game (for both iOS and Android).
