Far too many homes are without heat and businesses without gas.\u00a0Night temperatures have dropped, and daytime temperatures are soon to follow. Some home in the impacted area have electrical systems that aren\u2019t even compatible with the small space heaters Columbia Gas is sending to people\u2019s homes.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/de\/napoli-attorney\/patrick-haines\/\">Partner Patrick Haines<\/a>\u00a0recently spoke to the communities and explained how individual lawsuits and a class action suit limited to businesses have been filed. Having local businesses suddenly closing en masse is likely to ravage the region\u2019s economy as well as impact its communities\u2019 revenues.<\/p>\n<p>And there\u2019s also the issue of property values.
