The law firms contend that another 200,000 customers have been overcharged by up to 50 percent.<\/p>\n<p>Napoli Shkolnik, along with two other law firms, are representing clients to bring relief and compensation to the CMP customers for their overpayment.<\/p>\n<p>The complaint lists CMP customer Mark Levesque of Scarborough as the lead plaintiff in the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eCMP hat den Kunden nicht nur die kalte Schulter gezeigt, sondern den Kunden und der \u00d6ffentlichkeit auch absichtlich die falsche Darstellung vermittelt, dass das neue Abrechnungssystem und die neuen Z\u00e4hler nicht die Ursache f\u00fcr die unversch\u00e4mt hohen Rechnungen waren\u201c, hei\u00dft es in der Beschwerde.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In der Beschwerde wird behauptet, dass der \u00dcbergang von CMP zu einem neuen Abrechnungssystem zu einem dramatischen Anstieg der Kundenrechnungen gef\u00fchrt habe, der \u201ef\u00fcr viele Kunden finanziell verheerend\u201c gewesen sei.
