The city of Buffalo announced Tuesday it has filed a “first of its kind” lawsuit against the gun industry, seven months after a teenager killed 10 people and wounded three others at a Buffalo grocery store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The lawsuit was announced by Mayor Byron Brown and names as defendants some of the nation’s biggest firearm manufacturers, including Beretta, Smith & Wesson, Bushmaster, Glock, and Remington. The suit, filed in the state Supreme Court in Buffalo, also names ghost gun retailers Polymer and Arm or Ally as defendants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
