No specific details on the testing have been provided by the Department of Health yet but they did issue a statement saying that it will be offered.<\/p>\n<p>Napoli Shkolnik &#8216;s environmental attorneys are representing Westhampton families who are dealing with this water contamination, having held a Town Hall Meeting near the end of last year to provide more information on the legal options available.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to property damage, this toxic chemical has been linked to cancers, developmental effects on fetuses, liver tissue damage, immune system impairments and other serious medical conditions.
